The vets (Lois & Harriet) were so compassionate to both my dog and I, they were very gentle and explained the process and answered any questions I had. They were patient and allowed us as much time as we needed, always talking in quiet calming tones for both me and my dog. Thank you so much for making a horrendous day more bearable
