What to expect

When we arrive, we will begin by speaking with you, answering any questions, and ensuring you feel ready. Everything is done at your pace.

Your pet will first be given a gentle sedative. This allows them to relax completely, free from anxiety or discomfort. Many pets simply drift into a peaceful sleep while being held or comforted by their owners.
Once your pet is fully relaxed, the final medication is administered. This is painless and allows them to pass away quietly and peacefully.

You are welcome to stay with your pet throughout, or step away if you prefer — there is no right or wrong choice, only what feels right for you.

Aftercare & support

After your pet has passed, we will give you as much time as you need to say goodbye. There is no pressure to rush.
We can also support you with aftercare options, including cremation services, or simply guide you through what to do next — whatever feels most appropriate for you and your family.
